Awesome stay with great views!
Spent a night here with my 8-year-old, and it was lovely! Super friendly hosts, clean room, and those stunning views of the mountains and the sea. The location's perfect for beach walks and exploring nearby parks. Just wish parking was a bit easier, but no biggie. The outdoor dining area was a nice touch too!

I just returned from a wonderful night at the Oystercatcher B&B. The views of Carlingford Lough were stunning and provided a lovely backdrop for our stay. James and Bernie made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were bright, airy, and impeccably clean. It's easy to find, and the location is perfect for exploring Rostrevor and Kilbroney Park, both just a short walk away. Breakfast was a highlight. everything was delicious and beautifully presented, and James even prepared a perfect smoothie to start the morning. the lack of ensuite bathrooms was slightly inconvenient, particularly during the night, as we had to go out into the hallway. I was also conscious of making noise, which wasn't the most relaxing experience. Despite that minor issue, our overall experience at the Oystercatcher was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming stay near the sea.

We had a fantastic time at this relaxing B&B. James was an exceptional host who made us feel right at home. The rooftop terrace offered stunning views of the lough, and the breakfast was delicious and filling, something I look forward to sharing with my adult children again.
In my wife’s opinion, a heated pool would be great for families with teenagers.

The location is stunning, nestled right by the water with breathtaking views of the lough. The highlight of my stay was the delightful cooked-to-order breakfast, featuring fresh, local ingredients, and served in a warm atmosphere. While the room was cozy and quiet, I did encounter some minor issues with room amenities that could use attention.
